 s close at midnight on the Monday prior to the competition after which a l
 ate entry fee will apply until Saturday lunchtime.\nTimes will be posted o
 n the website by the Thursday prior to the competition.\nPlease keep to ti
 me to ensure everyone's enjoyment – failure to do so may result in you for
 feiting the class.\nRefunds are only available up until the Tuesday prior 
 to the competition\, unless the class is cancelled.\nRosettes are awarded 
 to sixth place.\nJunior/Senior entries will only be split in a class if th
 ere are at least three of each\nThe organisers shall not be liable for any
  claims in respect of damage or accident to any person\, whether competito
 r\, servant\, spectator\, horse\, vehicle or property howsoever caused in 
 conjunction or arising out of the competition. \nAll classes will be perfo
 rmed in conjunction with British Dressage rules.\nIt is MANDATORY for all 
 competitors/riders to wear a helmet to current safety standards (eg ASTMF1
 163 or PAS015 but please check the BE rulebook for a full list) at all tim
 es when mounted on Ivesley Equestrian property.\nLungeing is not permitted
  by competitors anywhere on Ivesley Equestrian property.\nDogs are to be k
 ept on leads at all times and must not be brought into the indoor arena vi
 ewing gallery.\nSmoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.\n All h
 orses must be vaccinated to date and not be carriers of any infectious or 
 contagious diseases.\nPassports must be available for inspection. Horse mu
 st be up to date with flu vaccs. Annual booster to be have done within a y
 ear.\nWarm up is to take place in designated area only. \nThe judge's deci
 sion is final. \nAny competitor under 18 must be accompanied and supervise
 d by an adult at all times. \nThe management and organisers reserve the ri
 ght to alter/amend the rules at their discretion.\nNo competitor or specta
 tor may enter the livery buildings or touch any liveried horses at Ivesley
 .\n\nTack and Equipment\nThe following are permitted:\n\nEnglish type sadd
 les including treeless\nIntro\, Preliminary and Novice tests – snaffle bri
 dles only\nElementary and medium tests – ordinary snaffle or double bridle
 s\nNosebands are obligatory (drop\, flash\, cavesson or grackle with a sna
 ffle and a cavesson with a double bridle)\nDiscreet padding of the bridle 
 at the poll or noseband\nNose nets that are discreet covering the nose onl
 y and leaving the mouth and bit visible\nBreastplates\nNeckstraps – Prelim
  level\nAnti fly impregnated brow-bands or fly discs\nEar covers and fly h
 oods (premitted for all competition)- ear covers must not cover the horse'
 s eyes. Noise reduction ear covers are permitted\nNumnahs and saddle cloth
 es (logo no more than 14cmx14cm)\nStallion disc MUST be displayed on each 
 side of a stallions bridle at all times\nSide saddles\, those choosing to 
 ride side saddle should notify the organiser before the start of the class
  so the judge can be informed\n\nThe following are NOT permitted:\n\nMarti
 ngales\nBit guard\, tongue guard or tongue strap\nBoots and bandages (exce
 pt when warming up)\nSubstitutes for conventional shoes except in warm up
 \nElasticated reins\nSaddle covers and seat savers\nMarket Harboroughs\, s
 ide\, draw\, check or running reins\nHackamores and other bitless bridles
 \nBlinkers or hoods\nEar plugs\nFine wire\, twine or cord round the horses
  mouth\nFull faced fly shields\nSheepskin cheek pieces or any other attach
 ment which may affect horse's vision\n\nEquipment\n\nWhips are allowed in 
 all competition including championships\nSpurs with necks set on the insid
 e of the heel\, roughened or cutting edges serrated spurs with or without 
 necks are NOT permitted\nSpurs must be worn with the curve directed downwa
 rds. Spurs must be made of metal and in their manufactured state.\nDummy s
 purs are permitted as are swan neck spurs\nCruppers and balancing straps a
 re not permitted\nYou may not warm up in equipment not permitted for the a
