 on the Monday prior to the competition after which a late entry fee will a
 pply until Saturday lunchtime.\nTimes will be posted on the website by the
  Thursday prior to the competition.\nPlease keep to time to ensure everyon
 e's enjoyment – failure to do so may result in you forfeiting the class.\n
 Refunds are only available up until the Tuesday prior to the competition\,
  unless the class is cancelled.\nRosettes are awarded to sixth place.\nJun
 ior/Senior entries will only be split in a class if there are at least thr
 ee of each\nThe organisers shall not be liable for any claims in respect o
 f damage or accident to any person\, whether competitor\, servant\, specta
 tor\, horse\, vehicle or property howsoever caused in conjunction or arisi
 ng out of the competition. \nAll classes will be performed in conjunction 
 with British Dressage rules.\nIt is MANDATORY for all competitors/riders t
 o wear a helmet to current safety standards (eg ASTMF1163 or PAS015 but pl
 ease check the BE rulebook for a full list) at all times when mounted on I
 vesley Equestrian property.\nLungeing is not permitted by competitors anyw
 here on Ivesley Equestrian property.\nDogs are to be kept on leads at all 
 times and must not be brought into the indoor arena viewing gallery.\nSmok
 ing is not permitted anywhere on the premises.\n All horses must be vaccin
 ated to date and not be carriers of any infectious or contagious diseases.
 \nPassports must be available for inspection. Horse must be up to date wit
 h flu vaccs. Annual booster to be have done within a year.\nWarm up is to 
 take place in designated area only. \nThe judge's decision is final. \nAny
  competitor under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all
  times. \nThe management and organisers reserve the right to alter/amend t
 he rules at their discretion.\nNo competitor or spectator may enter the li
 very buildings or touch any liveried horses at Ivesley.\n\nTack and Equipm
 ent\nThe following are permitted:\n\nEnglish type saddles including treele
 ss\nIntro\, Preliminary and Novice tests – snaffle bridles only\nElementar
 y and medium tests – ordinary snaffle or double bridles\nNosebands are obl
 igatory (drop\, flash\, cavesson or grackle with a snaffle and a cavesson 
 with a double bridle)\nDiscreet padding of the bridle at the poll or noseb
 and\nNose nets that are discreet covering the nose only and leaving the mo
 uth and bit visible\nBreastplates\nNeckstraps – Prelim level\nAnti fly imp
 regnated brow-bands or fly discs\nEar covers and fly hoods (premitted for 
 all competition)- ear covers must not cover the horse's eyes. Noise reduct
 ion ear covers are permitted\nNumnahs and saddle clothes (logo no more tha
 n 14cmx14cm)\nStallion disc MUST be displayed on each side of a stallions 
 bridle at all times\nSide saddles\, those choosing to ride side saddle sho
 uld notify the organiser before the start of the class so the judge can be
  informed\n\nThe following are NOT permitted:\n\nMartingales\nBit guard\, 
 tongue guard or tongue strap\nBoots and bandages (except when warming up)
 \nSubstitutes for conventional shoes except in warm up\nElasticated reins
 \nSaddle covers and seat savers\nMarket Harboroughs\, side\, draw\, check 
 or running reins\nHackamores and other bitless bridles\nBlinkers or hoods
 \nEar plugs\nFine wire\, twine or cord round the horses mouth\nFull faced 
 fly shields\nSheepskin cheek pieces or any other attachment which may affe
 ct horse's vision\n\nEquipment\n\nWhips are allowed in all competition inc
 luding championships\nSpurs with necks set on the inside of the heel\, rou
 ghened or cutting edges serrated spurs with or without necks are NOT permi
 tted\nSpurs must be worn with the curve directed downwards. Spurs must be 
 made of metal and in their manufactured state.\nDummy spurs are permitted 
 as are swan neck spurs\nCruppers and balancing straps are not permitted\nY
